		<description>Nice savory/sweet thing you got going on here.  The italian in me has always been attracted to olive oil-centric anything, especially dessert.

My problem with choux is that the recipe is hard to scale down, and when I do make it, I end up throwing away so many because honestly, I can only eat so many cream puffs by myself.</description>
