Hells. Yes. Outside of grilling (which is impossible to do in my shoebox of an apartment), this is my absolute favorite way to do a steak. Of course, I don't have as many BTUs as that nice burner I see there, but hey, cast iron is the bomb. Oh. Hells. Yes.
