		<description>so i tried this out today.  i'm obsessed with alcohol (only in desserts though) so i added baileys to mine.  i cut them into the little nuggets, and fried till GBD.  Passed em around the kitchen as a good will gesture, and the response was outstanding!  people loved it!  i had the waiters eating the scraps out of the pan till they wanted to vomit!  it was awesome.  so thanks for the great idea, and i love the creaming method for the custard.  i'd never heard of that before!  thanks again!</description>
